Councillor Anne Whitehead
Scotforth East Ward Councillor and Cabinet Member for Finance
Anne was first elected to represent Scotforth East Ward on Lancaster City Council in 2015, and was re-elected in 2019. She is currently the Cabinet Member for Finance on the Council, and is an Emeritus Professor of Maths and Statistics at Lancaster University. Her page on the City Council website can be found here.
