John O'Gaunt

Eileen was born in John O'Gaunt Ward and cares about the area and about Lancaster in particular. She is a retired teacher and has represented the ward since 1987. She is the Leader of the Council and a Cabinet Member.

She is a keen gardener and an avid reader who also enjoys cinema, theatre, history and art. She feels that we are lucky to live in  such a beautiful area and that we fight to keep it that way Eileen  has served on many Governing bodies and is now on The Dukes Board and the Court of Lancaster University.

You can meet her each month at the PACT meetings at the University of Cumbria at 7.30 on the first Tuesday of each month. She is a very committed attender. Please contact her on 63765 if you need help, or on Eileen will always listen and try to help.
